Shipping and Returns


Shipping and Handling Information:

  • We try to ship all orders within 5 business days.
  • In the event of a problem with your order, you will be contacted by email.
  • When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.
  • We use USPS Mail or Priority Mail for all shipments.
  • We currently only ship within the US.

Please include your order number.

  • We do not accept returns without prior authorization.
  • Items must be returned in unused condition.
  • You will need to pay for the cost of shipping the product back to us, unless the item is damaged or you received the wrong item.
  • Once a return has been accepted, a refund will be applied.
  • Returns must be received within 8 days of receipt.

If you receive a product that is defective or has been damaged during shipping or a product that you didn't order, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours so we can help replace the item.
