We reserve the right to change charges on orders that specify the wrong shipping destination. We cannot ship to P.O. addresses.
Payment: Can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network and American Express). We also accept PayPal payments. 7% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Rhode Island.
Returns: If you would like to return a product, please email us at bonjour@kreatelier.com We do not accept returns without prior authorization. Returns will be accepted for store credit or exchange only. Items must be returned in unused condition. You will need to pay for the cost of shipping the product back to us. Returns must be received within 10 days of receipt. If you receive a product that is defective or has been damaged during shipping, please contact us at bonjour@kreatelier.com within 24 hours so we can help replace the item.
Packaging and Waste reduction:
We make every reasonable effort to reduce the waste we generate. Our shipping boxes are 100% recyclable and re-usable. Most of the cartons and envelopes we use are new, so we suggest reusing them several times before being recycled. Sometimes we ship orders in gently used boxes. This occurs when we have a large store of boxes from our vendors. We only use clean boxes in good condition. This is part of our policy to reduce, re-use and recycle.
Shipping and Handling information:
We try to ship all orders within 5 business days. In the event of a problem with your order, you will be contacted by email. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your order’s tracking number. We use USPS Priority Mail for all shipments. We currently ship within the US and to Canada and Europe. USPS Priority Mail Shipments usually take 2-3 business days to arrive within the US and 6-10 days to all other countries.
